What are some other Wii Fit games for a good workout?

I have Wii Fit and I am completely loving it. I do it 5 days a week. And, I’m loosing weight. I have heard of an EA Wii Fit game and the Jillian Welch one. But specifically, I’m looking for a great workout–aerobic and yoga are great. Please let me know your experience with these or any other Wii Fit games. I am not interested in the skating games.

What is the difference in content between wii fit and wii fit plus?

ive seen tons of different information, but i havent seen the info i want. If i buy wii fit plus, does it have all of the games that wii fit had plus some, or does it only have its own games?

Can you link Wii Fit Plus with other Wii Fits to be able to exercise with friends in different houses?

I have two other friends with Wii consoles and we were hoping to all connect together and exercise on our Wii Fits at the same time. Is there a way to do this? I’ve never had Wii or Wii Fit so I don’t know how it works, but I was told that you can play games with friends from other houses, so I’m wondering if it’ll work the same with Wii Fit.

I would like to spend a bit on home fitness. The toss up is between a wii + wii fit and a 0 treadmill. How has your experience been for aerobic routines with wii fit?

Does the Wii Fit measure body fat?
Also I know it measures BMI. What is BMI and how much is it spose to be. Also what game in wii fit burns the most calories?

I have ordered the Wii Fit because I really want a fun way to lose weight. I am 13, about 5’1, and 122 lbs. So I would like to lose at least 10 lbs.

For those of you who have the Wii Fit, how long will it take me to lose 10 lbs if I excercise on it 40 mins. a day and eat healthy?

my weight on the WII fit and a traditional scales is different by half a stone (7pounds) with the traditional scales being higher.

BUT my bf’s weight has a 1.5 stone difference (21 pounds), again with the traditional scales being more.

what one is more likely of being correct?

In contrast to the mini-games of Nintendo’s Wii Fit, My Fitness Coach has been designed to provide a fitness regime without the need for the Balance Board. With a single Wii Remote in hand, you can take part in a variety of exercises and evaluate your physical fitness.

This is more of a motivational tool than a game, as the presentation makes it more like watching an early morning aerobics show or workout DVD. In fact, don’t go looking for fun mini-games or activities to fool you into exercising, as this is purely about doing the workouts that virtual trainer Maya instructs – and it’s real exercise all the way.

First up, the user is asked to input information on their physical condition, such as weight and waist size (a process that will require you to have a tape measure handy). A few quick workouts are performed to test your heart rate and flexibility, and then a workout schedule is prescribed. You can customise the schedule if you think it’s a bit off the mark; and there’s the rub. It is down to the user to enter their progress honestly and use the built-in exercise tracker, as you’ll only get out what you put in.
