Playstation Portable or Nintendo DS…Can you help me?

I'm looking forward to buying a PSP (Playstation Portable) 1000, 2000 or a Nintendo DS…Can you tell me the features of the devices, your review and your opinion? They don't have alot of games for PSP's…but Nintendo DS's can't go on the internet NOR are they a camera, they can't have music or video or cool stuff.
